Multitask with split-screen view

You can find what you need with ease and multitask seamlessly by viewing notes in split-screen from Search. 

While you're working in a note, open up Search.
Then, search for the other note you'd like to view. Or, select from the suggested results list — Search displays notes you have recently viewed, making it easy to get back to a mem you were just working on.
Then click the split-screen icon to open it side-by-side with your original note.
You can do this 3x faster with keyboard shortcuts. 
  1. Press Command + K on Mac or Ctrl + K on Windows to open up Search.
  2. Press the Down Arrow to navigate to your desired note from Search results. 
  3. Press the Right Arrow to select the split-screen icon. 
  4. Press Enter to open the note side-by-side.
