Use Chat to analyze and create knowledge

Founder and CEO Jess Chan shared how she uses Mem to work smarter, not harder in her " Diary of An Entrepreneur" series on Twitter.

This week, we're showing you her workflow to give you some ideas on how to get more out of your past knowledge.

Jess uses Mem to generate New Client Briefs, using Chat to analyze past briefs and call transcripts with new clients.

First, Jess puts examples of existing New Client Briefs into Mem (you can also import existing knowledge from Evernote, Notion or Markdown files.)

When she meets with a new client, she puts a transcript of the call into Mem.

Now, she asks Mem to create a new client brief based on the past briefs 🪄

And then she saves the Chat-generated brief as a new note.
