Is there a Mem 2.0 roadmap?

We don't have a formal, long-term roadmap because we want people to be using Mem today for the same singular reason: they resonate with the idea that Mem's mission is centered around helping people actually leverage their thoughts to do their best work and live their best life.

While some apps may add features because they're common in other note-taking apps, Mem is searching for the holy grail answer for the simplest solution to this age-old problem "how can I remember and actually apply information in my life", so the product path we take will always feel a little different.

We experiment a lot with novel solutions to this problem internally and only release things that we feel actually help push the ball forward, and as such, a detailed external roadmap would be limiting to actually solving the problem.

With 2.0, we're spending a lot more time refining what we ship vs. shipping more (i.e. better, not bigger), so in the very short term, our roadmap is "make the core areas—editor, sync, copilot, chat, search—faster, smoother, smarter".

We're building Mem as the intelligent notes app that helps you save, develop, and use thoughts, and so our internal roadmap is centered around functionality that helps you along the entire lifecycle of thinking.
