Sharing a note

NOTE: Currently, sharing is limited to other Mem 2.0 accounts at this time. It is on our roadmap to share notes with others who do not have a Mem account. 

Share a note directly with a person:

Click the padlock icon button at the top right of the open note you want to share, then type the name or email of the person you'd like to share with. 

You can also share a note from a note in list view by clicking on the 3-dot menu to the right of the note title and clicking on Share.

Share a note to a Collection:

Click the padlock icon button at the top right of the open note you want to share, then type the name of the existing Collection. Choose the Collection you'd like to add this note. 

If this Collection is shared with other users, this note will automatically be shared with all the other users who are shared to this Collection.
