Clearing your local cache

On a Mac: 

  1. Close all other open Mem tabs 
  2. Log out of Mem by navigating to the dropdown menu in the top left corner next to your display name and clicking Sign Out
  3. Press Command + R to refresh the entire app
  4. Press Option + Command + i to pull up the inspector
  5. Go to the Application tab at the top
  6. Click Storage on the left side
  7. Click Clear site data
  8. Close the inspector with the x button in the top right corner
  9. Press Command + R to refresh the entire app
  10. Log back into Mem

On Windows:

  1. Close all other open Mem tabs 
  2. Log out of Mem by navigating to the dropdown menu in the top left corner next to your display name and clicking Sign Out
  3. Press Control + R to refresh the entire app
  4. Press Control + Shift + i to pull up the inspector
  5. Go to the Application tab at the top
  6. Click Storage on the left side
  7. Click Clear site data
  8. Close the inspector with the x button in the top right corner
  9. Press Control + R to refresh the entire app
  10. Log back into Mem
