Sync issues

If a sync error message has popped up in the app, please try clearing your local cache: 
  1. Log out of Mem
  2. If you are using the web app and have multiple Mem tabs open, close all but one Mem tab
  3. Press Option + Command + i (MacOS) or Ctrl + Shift + i (Windows) to pull up the inspector
  4. Go to the Application tab at the top
  5. Click Storage on the left side
  6. Click Clear site data
  7. Close the inspector with the x at top-right
  8. Press Command + R (MacOS) or Ctrl + R (Windows) to refresh the entire app
