Sync issues
If a sync error message has popped up in the app, please try clearing your local cache:
- Log out of Mem
- If you are using the web app and have multiple Mem tabs open, close all but one Mem tab
- Press Option + Command + i (MacOS) or Ctrl + Shift + i (Windows) to pull up the inspector
- Go to the Application tab at the top
- Click Storage on the left side
- Click Clear site data
- Close the inspector with the x at top-right
- Press Command + R (MacOS) or Ctrl + R (Windows) to refresh the entire app
